Desire to Inspire & A Giveaway!

Hey there everyone!  I am linking up today with the sweet Brittany from Lovely Literacy & More for her Desire to Inspire Linky.  If you haven't checked out her fabulous blog, you need to do that by clicking {here}.

You pick three non-teaching blogs and three teaching blogs that inspire you.  I am an avid blog stalker and reader so I am going to love this linky!!!

Three non-teaching blogs that inspire me:

1.  From My Grey Desk Blog -

I love Lauren & her sister Kate (The Small Things Blog)
It is all about fashion, home decor, and many other things.  She has a great sense of humor too.  I just wish she would come and decorate my home as fabulous as hers is decorated!  :)

2.  The Chiffon Diary -

Nicole is so stinking cute and also gives great fashion ideas.  I wish I could pull off some of her looks.  I also wish I lived in warm weather like she does!  :)

3.  Putting Me Together -

Yep....you guessed it another fashion blog.  Audrey wanted to change up her wardrobe and created this blog for the rest of us to follow along.  She has great ideas on how to mix and match pieces you already have to create new looks.  She also give some great info on how to dress for your body.

This one is seriously hard because there are about a bazillion teacher blogs I follow. {Ok, I might be exaggerating just a tad bit with bazillion, but you get the picture....too hard to decide!}  I just picked three that I definitely do love, but there are many, many more that I love and get inspiration from on a daily basis.

1.  Keepin' It Kool In Kinderland -

My sweet friend Khrys is the brains behind this fabulous blog.  She has so many wonderful ideas and a fabulous TpT store too!  She is always sweet and helpful.  If you haven't checked out her blog yet, please go do it.  I promise you that you won't be disappointed.

2.  A Cupcake for the Teacher -

I stumbled upon this blog this summer because in my family I am known as the cupcake lady.  So, when I saw the name of this blog I thought it would be pretty sweet {hehe.....get it?  cupcake?  sweet?  I amuse myself so easily sometimes ;)}.  Anyways, it is awesome and I love all of her fabulous craftivities.  She has amazing ideas!

3.  Mrs. Jump's Class -

I just don't think this would be complete if I didn't mention Deanna Jump.  Her blog was the first one I found just a little over a year ago.  My first TpT purchase was her Arctic Animals unit and my teaching has never been the same {in a super awesome way}.  I am so looking forward to the Illinois Kindergarten conference next month where I will be attending most of her sessions!  :)  I have learned so much from her blog!

Also, I want to remind you that today is the last day to enter this fabulous giveaway!  Click on the image below to head to the giveaway....many fantastic prizes!!!

Have a great rest of the week.  I plan to be back tomorrow with some pictures of our week!  :)

  3. Thanks for linking up! Okay I have found a new love and it's From My Grey Desk! Man does this gal ever blog about all my loves, with the exception of dogs and teaching. Love that she, along with your other 2 fabulous fashion forward blogs, list where each piece of clothing is from and I will def be using her decor section to spruce up stuff in my still-kinda-new home. Glad to hear you love fashion as much as I do! I am a BIG fan of all of the teaching blogs you posted!!! Thanks so much for sharing.

    1. I love her blog as well too! Glad I was able to introduce you. I definitely need some help sprucing up my house. In fact, we are feeling kind of stuck as with what to do with my daughter's room and our living room right now. We are in definite need of some inspiration! :)
