Oh my goodness. I can't believe its November. Between Oktoberfest, Halloween, and my son's birthday, I have been one exhausted mama this week. Today is my son's birthday party with the family, but I wanted to link up with Farley for the November Currently first. :) You all know I can't miss a currently!!!
Listening: With the busy week, I have yet to watch any of my "shows". I recorded Project Runway and am watching it now until the kiddos wake up. :)
Loving: My family lives about an hour and a half away from me, but they are coming up for Connor's birthday party today. I am so excited. Before soccer, I would go visit them at least once a month, but since we had soccer all the time it has been awhile.
Thinking: My student teacher's last day is Thursday. I know the kids and I are all going to be super sad to see her leave. We worked so well together and the kids just loved her. In fact, her supervising teacher from her college said she and I "were a match made in heaven." I agree. We were the perfect fit for each other.
Wanting: I need some energy. With the family coming up, I have a lot of food to cook and some cleaning to do. That is all after Connor's first indoor soccer game this morning. I am one busy lady today.
Needing: I need to get off this computer and get some of this stuff done. I also need to get my butt in gear on my fitness. I had lost about 20 pounds with weight watchers, but at the beginning of the school year I felt like I was doing o.k. and I stopped doing W.W. Well, I have gained most of my weight back. :( I am thinking that next month I will be back at WW which is perfect timing because then hopefully I won't gain weight during the holiday season.
Yummy pin: I love all things cupcakes. Baking is definitely a stress relief for me. Here is a pin for some yummy Andes mints cupcakes. The pin is from Your Cup of Cake. Love it! Click on the image to head to the original post.
Don't they look delicious? Well I am off to start getting for the party and soccer game. I have to go make my son's Iron Man inspired cupcakes myself. Have a great weekend!!

I did the same thing with WW! It was great when I went to the monthly meeting. BUT when I stopped, I gained my weight back. I think it had more to do with I'm exercising less!!! It is hard when you have children who are very involved with sports! I'm excited mine are on the same teams this year. A little less running. I've got to get back into a healthier routine.

I felt the same way about my Master Teacher! Fortunately, we've kept in touch and she still teaches me all the time (11 years later!) I hope you have a fabulous time with your family at the party today! Hopefully the extra hour of sleep will be a bonus!

Sorry you are losing your student teacher. :( Do you like Project Runway All-Stars?--I think I'm just too used to Heidi-Alyssa Milano just isn't the same for me.
